Billions Australia are pleased to announce London’s favourite pop darling, Lily Allen, is set to tour Australia this July/August. Full of sass, opinion and girly charm, Lily Allen will bring her infectious pop tunes from the near platinum debut album Alright Still to Australia, with shows in Melbourne, Sydney and for the very first time in Perth and at Australia’s sweetest festival, Splendour in the Grass.
Since her smash hit single Smile was added to radio everywhere in 2006, Lily has been tearing up stages, the media and the rulebook around the world wherever she goes.
Lily Allen’s forthcoming Australian shows will essentially be the closing parties for the Alright Still album after an unbelievably hectic year of international touring and media commitments and Lily will take a well earned break after this trip to complete her second album. Lily Allen and her band are very excited to be ending the Alright Still touring schedule in Australia. They love it here and ending the touring cycle in Byron Bay at Splendour is a guarantee for a good time.
Melbourne’s Macromantics packs some more punch to the shows (like there wasn’t enough!), joining Lilly Allen in Perth, Melbourne and Sydney. Known for her high energy live shows and tongue twisting verses, Macromantics is sure to draw you in to her world of words when she opens the shows.
